Cantilever Racking

Cantilever Racking is primarily used for storing long, awkward and over sized goods. Cantilever Racking provides maximum storage capability and is really easily accessible. It is also available in various heights with both single sided and double sided configurations. Our Cantilever is available in light duty which has a safe working load (SWL) of 250kgs UDL per arm, medium duty has a SWL of 1000kgs UDL per arm and heavy duty can be engineered to suit your SWL requirements. UDL is a uniformly distributed load. Our Cantilever Racking is available in two finishes, powder-coated and hot dipped Galvanised finish blue and orange is primary used in warehouses and workshops. The hot dipped galvanised finish is used for outdoor applications to protect the cantilever Racking.

Light Duty Cantilever : This racking system is similar to our heavy and medium duty option’s redesigned for lighter storage requirements. Each arm is designed to carry a maximum of 250kgs UDL depending on the configuration. This is a coat effective option for storing lighter products sets or or low volume applications.

Medium Duty Cantilever

The Medium duty Cantilever solutions are able to to sore a variety of objects from building to construction materials. The are able to support up to 1,000kgs UDL each depending on configuration. Our Medium duty racking system is available in a range of configurations with different heights, arm lengths, and varying distance between the post to suit your requirements.

Heavy Duty Cantilever

This Cantilever system utilises posts sections sizes of either a C305, C350 and C410mm sections, and are a common storage solution for storing a variety of building & construction materials. Typically, the arms are rated to a capacity of 1000kg UDL, but this may vary depending on arm length and racking configuration. By offering a C305, C350 and C410 section sizes, we can cater for lower or higher loads in a single column, and so a safe cantilever system can be designed according to your needs and budget.
